Dr. Murphy completed her Bachelor of Science Degree (honors in Behavioral Neuroscience) from Memorial University, and her Doctor of Optometry Degree from Southern California College of Optometry at Marshall B. Ketchum University. Dr. Murphy extended her ocular disease and low vision training at the University Eye Center at Los Angeles, and her binocular vision, vision therapy, and pediatric training at San Diego Center for Vision Care.

Dr. Murphy is a published author in Elsevier Behavioral Processes and is actively expanding her education.

Dr. Murphy practices full scope optometry and welcomes new and established patients to her clinic.
